Essential cookies
Some cookies are needed for the website to work, for example to keep you signed in to your account, hold items in your basket or complete an Iris Care checkout (WooCommerce and Stripe). These are used without asking because the site cannot work without them.
Marketing cookies (Meta Pixel)
Only if you click "Accept marketing cookies", we load the Meta Pixel from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It tells Meta which pages you visit here, when you tap our phone number or WhatsApp link, and when you send an enquiry or booking form, together with standard browser and device information. We use this to measure our adverts and to show them to people who have visited this site. Meta may set the cookies _fbp (identifies your browser, up to 90 days) and _fbc (records that you arrived from a Meta advert, up to 90 days). We do not send Meta your name, email address, phone number or the content of your forms. Meta may also receive these same events through its Conversions API connection, which only happens after you have accepted marketing cookies.
Analytics
This website does not currently use analytics cookies such as Google Analytics.
Facebook media
Project videos on the Home and Projects pages are shown as images hosted on this website. Facebook content only loads if you choose to open a video on Facebook, where Facebook's own cookie policy applies.
Your choice
Nothing optional loads until you choose. Your choice is saved in your browser for 180 days, and you can change it at any time with the "Marketing cookies" button on the page. If you withdraw consent, the Meta Pixel stops and its _fbp and _fbc cookies are removed from this site.
Changes
We will update this page if we add other tools, for example Google Ads conversion tracking.
